Permeability
My body is a scintillating mass of particles
sequins upon the ocean
Expanding and shrinking
In sacred dance.
Starling murmuration,
Aurora Borealis in my mind…
Spindle-thread fibers
expand in to silk scarves,
Arching their sinuous backs,
and opening their chests in ecstatic reverie
Twisting, turning, stretching…
and collapsing once again.
A cathexis of intention
Begets form
Serpentine strands of thought become sheath,
Invert themselves back into a placid sea
A vast, unintelligible sea of possibility.
Consciousness coalesces,
diving back in to the ether again.
Flirtatious dolphins disappear under the threshold of another world.
Like waves that peak and wane,
As if they never were.
My body is becoming permeable.
Glass cracks, letting pressurized air sneak through
I am becoming flexible to the capricious nature of you,
In all your dynamism,
Pixilated hologram…
I am in the crosshairs of the cosmic architecture.
Microscopic creatures crawl in the crawl spaces between my body and mind
Vitruvian man, revolving on axis
Careening backwards through dimensions,
Passing through sound barriers, light waves, smell waves, essence waves…
Indistinguishable from one another,
Just vibration giving birth to form…
and disappearing again, into the folds of the universe.
I am subtle…
Breezes pass through me,
The rustle of trees,
The presence of the Wind,
And the Spirits that ride in on them like mythical horses…
The fortress of my mind gives way,
Cascading into the free-form landscape of the Great Mystery
I surrender myself,
to the tide of the unknown,
Like cliffs falling in to the sea.
Vast landscapes transpire within me.
I am a projector screen of the Nature’s passage
Mountain snowcaps melt in to crystalline rivers
Riverbeds snake along on soft bellies
Cloud formations pass over the backdrop of sky
and spring buds breach thawing soil.
Weather patterns gather at my north node
Electricity strikes hallowed Earth
Cats stalk within me,
I am the resonant ground
I am the amphitheater of Nature’s great drama.
